Norðoyastevna – brass concert

If it is not already a tradition for Klaksvíkar Hornorkestur to hold a concert on Friday evening during Norðoyastevna, it will hopefully become one soon.
On Friday, May 29 at 7:00 PM, this exciting concert is on the program.

The brass players from Skúlatrøð have been invited by the orchestra to open the concert.
These young musicians are developing quickly and impressively, and the orchestra is delighted that the young talents want to participate.

Havnar Hornorkestur, under the direction of Tróndur Olsen, will also be guest performers at the concert.

They will begin with their own program, and afterward the two orchestras will perform together.

The concert will feature traditional brass band music, though, as always, with a few interesting surprises mixed in.
